For Baby Products:

Returns & Exchanges for Ready-Made Items

Exchange Window: You may exchange ready-made items within 3 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Process: To initiate an exchange, please contact us through whatsapp or email with your order number and reason for the exchange. We will provide exchange instructions.

Exchange Shipping: Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs. 


Customized & Personalized Items

All Sales Final: Due to the personalized nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect personalized item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

 

General Policy Notes

• We do not accept returns or exchanges on sale or clearance items.

• We reserve the right to not accept returns.

• If, for any agreed on reason, a refund will be issued to a customer, the shipping charges will be deducted from the original amount paid. That also does not include the delivery charge paid to the courier when first receiving the original order.

• Slight color difference may occur due to difference in digital screen colors vs real life colors. 

• If a customer has not specified a certain specific thread color for embroidery, we reserve the right to decline a return request.

• As our items are all handmade, slight difference in size between each item and/or stated size via product description might occur.

• For international order; all shipments are sent through Emirates Post and we are not responsible for any extra fee asked to be paid by other country's customs or post office.

 

 

For Fabrics:

Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

• We do not accept returns.

• Exchanges accepted within 2 days of receiving the order.

• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.

• All fabrics are inspected for quality assurance before leaving our store. So we confirm that our fabrics have left our stores in perfect condition.

• We will not accept exchanges until we inspect the item and make sure it has not been used, washed, or damaged.

• For exchanges, the customer covers return shipping (30 dhs) and new fabric shipping(30 dhs).

• We reserve the right to deny refunds/exchange if defects were not present when the item left the store.

• Sales outside the UAE are final and we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges to them.

If a customer has not specified a certain specific thread color for embroidery, we reserve the right to decline a return request.

 

Fabric Care & Quality

• The fabric has undergone testing (washing, drying, ironing) for quality assurance before starting the sale on website.

• Testing does not mean fabrics are pre-washed before delivery.

• Recommended: wash before embroidery, soak in cold water for 1 hour, air dry, then tailor.

• Preferred washing method: hand wash only, dry in shade, no bleach.

• Double width: 58 inches.

• Color may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

• We are not responsible for misuse of fabric by the customer.

• By using the website, customers agree to all terms and conditions.

 

Collaborations / Promotions

• Open to collaborations where a sample fabric is sent to a creator for use and promotion, with mutual crediting via mentions on social media.
